Thank you for choosing Sun City Trailers. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind every trailer we sell. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final on Trailers
Due to the nature of our products, all trailer sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on trailers once a purchase has been completed and the unit has left our lot or been delivered. We strongly encourage all customers to:
- Inspect the trailer thoroughly before accepting delivery
- Test all features, lights, brakes, and components prior to signing
- Ask our team any questions about the trailer before finalizing the transaction
Deposit Policy
Deposits placed to hold or order a trailer are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order after placing a deposit, please contact us as soon as possible — in some circumstances we may be able to apply your deposit toward a different unit.
Manufacturer Warranty
All new trailers sold by Sun City Trailers come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model. If you experience a defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Delivery Damage
If your trailer was delivered and you notice damage that was not present at the time of inspection, you must document and report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at the number below. Damage reported after this window may not be eligible for a claim.
Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition with receipt. Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return. Electrical components are non-returnable once opened.
